Guest scores and detailed hotel feedback
After insisting, we got moved to a better room but it was cold and far from the rooftop bar, yet it served as a good base for exploring downtown CDMX. The service was exceptional despite some minor issues with the buffet being empty one day. The location was ideal for historical sightseeing but there were noisy cafes nearby. The dining experience was mixed, with some fabulous dishes but some plain options too.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were nice and spacious, although they didn't have windows, they were still comfortable and had all the necessary facilities. The service was amazing; the staff was so friendly and helpful. The location couldn't have been better, right next to Zocalo and surrounded by vibrant local shops. The dining experience was a bit disappointing with only coffee and toast available, but the variety was plentiful. Overall, a great value for money with some minor drawbacks.
I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel as it was in a prime location in Mexico City, close to key tourist sites and offering a large, comfortable room. The staff was friendly and professional, always willing to provide recommendations and assist with bookings. The dining experience was superb with a mix of traditional Mexican and Western breakfast options. However, the rooftop bar could use a bit more privacy in the bathroom area, and taxi availability in the evening was a challenge.
